Maricela Siewczynski is an experienced Texas employment lawyer who is dedicated to fighting for the rights of employees in Texas.  Prior to the formation of Siewczynski Law Firm PLLC, she was an attorney with one of the largest international law firms in the country.  Ms. Siewczynski previously represented Fortune 500 companies in the defense of wage and hour collective actions.  She also advised and represented large corporations in the prosecution and defense of complex commercial litigation, such as antitrust, breach of contract, business torts, fiduciary duty, securities class actions, trade secret claims, and other statutory and common law claims.  Ms. Siewczynski now focuses on the prosecution of employment law violations on behalf of Texas employees.  She also prosecutes and defends claims for the violation of non-compete agreements, non-solicitation agreements, and the theft of trade secrets.

Ms. Siewczynski is a graduate of George Washington University Law School in Washington D.C. and Boston College in Massachusetts.  Ms. Siewczynski is the President of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Scholarship Foundation, Past-President of the Dallas Hispanic Bar Association, and Past-Director of the Dallas Bar Association.
